RED-i applies the foremost 3D modeling and CGI technologies used within the film and computer game industries to real estate, transforming sketches, architectural designs and master plans into photo-realistic images, animations and real-time environments.
Pre-visualise the Development
Next generation visualization tools make it possible to accurately depict how the future terrain, landscape and architectural components will be integrated through the grading and construction processes and ultimately depict the completed development in photo-realistic detail. Whilst architectural CGI renderings have developed significantly in terms of quality and photo-realism over the past decade, depicting the interface between man-made structures and the natural environment in a digital environment is a lot more complex. To this end RED-i have integrated technologies from diverse visualisation fields to encompass the 3D rendering of a property development in its entirety.
Intelligent 3D Media
In terms of generating informed buyers it is of great importance to transition CG media from pure eye-candy and artist’s impressions to intelligent visuals backed by data, integrating seamlessly with planning, decision making and marketing activities. A photo-realistic development masterplan can now be viewed from any angle using the Geo4D Virtual Reality Model, whilst the SiMS Development Explorer displays live sales data superimposed over a birds-eye rendering of the development layout.
Collaborating with the Development Team
We work closely with team members in order to create 3d visuals, walk-throughs and video animations for property developments that are unsurpassed in realism, yet accurately depict all components of the development. The diverse backgrounds and areas of individual specialisation within RED-i, including artists from various fields, enable us to interact with the architects, designers, planning and marketing teams at various levels, and add experienced interpretation to CAD plan-based information.
