The SiMS Development Manager is a spatially enabled, web-based sales information and management system. The administrative interface underpins the sales process from start to finish, and ensures that every component of the development rollout is measurable and available to all parties at any given time, regardless of geographic location.

Developers, financiers, sales agents, mortgage originators, transferring attorneys, bond attorneys and the like all have access to up-to-the-minute information based upon the access rights assigned to their login/password. The sales process is tracked via specialized reports, and reminders, such as lapsing reservations, are sent to agents and purchasers via text messaging and email. The Development Manager delivers information directly to public websites via the Development Explorer, ensuring that sales status updates are relayed to the general public in an easy to grasp visual format as they happen.
Market Intelligence
The Market Intelligence technologies have been developed to provide an online graphical representation and statistical reporting structure depicting user activity and interest captured from the SiMS Development Explorer web interface.
Casual users who have interacted with the Development Explorer can be categorised by means of their search and clicking history. Should a potential purchaser request additional information or contact the sales team from the website, our technologies will automatically link this rich source of interest pattern data and user preference information to a unique user profile, including feedback related to product requirements and price range categories. The metadata attached to an individual is referred to as Personal Analytics (view screenshot)
Visitors who do not request further contact still provide an extremely valueable, if anonymous, stream of information which is made available as Global Analytics (view screenshot 1|2). This pool of data contains a wealth of indicators which could be used to define target markets, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, gauge the response to specific sales initiatives and determine a product blend that best matches market demand.
Whilst the Market Analytics module captures information pertaining to broad market trends (by country, city etc.) it also tags individual user activity which is then linked to the Leads Database, adding further focus to the development sales and marketing process.
Leads Management
The property transaction process requires industry specific functionality to manage sales leads. At RED-i we have developed unique technologies to facilitate the capture, assignment, qualification, rating, tracking and storage of leads as well as the subsequent conversion from lead to qualified prospect status.
The leads database generation is automated as users request information from the development website and/or SiMS Development Explorer, but can also be augmented from existing sources or pre-compiled databases. The key objective is enabling sales agents to engage potential purchasers in a more sophisticated manner based upon a clearly defined and measurable lead allocation and qualification process. During the qualification process it is possible to leverage existing lead profile information which is augmented by individualized Market Analytics, providing the sales team with a prioritized listing of potential purchasers. The effectiveness of sales agent activities with regard to prospect follow-up and conversion to purchaser status can be monitored where required.
